Checkout and Price Bands modules

I have Checkout module version 0.4.2 and I just added Checkout Price Bands version 0.1.0 to my Gallery v2.2.6. When I go to the Checkout configuration, I do not see the Checkout Price Bands. Am I looking in the wrong place? Is the Price Bands module compatible with the version of Checkout module I am using? |

You should definitely upgrade to 0.4.3
You should upgrade that too - I stopped testing checkout on G2.2.6 a year ago or more.
Yes. It's a per-album/item config, in the checkout tab of the edit item page.
It may not be - you should upgrade anyway.
