Can anyone help me? I was able to use the Gallery3 perfectly for the past 2 months, but since last week, when the users are not logged in it won't show anything, I did the upload off the last main files again and now it shows only the first image from the album that it's called 2009, but when I click to see the other albums it shows a blank page. the last log file is attached below.

Try upgrading to the latest experimental code DO NOT overwrite, follow the tips for unpacking the code here:

No, it's not.
Click the link and get the latest experimental code. If you go to Admin > Modules what version does it show for you for Core?

12, is that right? I should see the Module - Gallery 3, right?
I'm doing the upgrade to the experimental code, I must install a new version and than just change the var files to the new one, is that so?

Version 16 is where we are right now.
Just unpack the new code into a new directory, then move your var directory into the new one. It has all the information for connecting to the database. Then you can rename the new directory to the old one.

I did it, thank you for your help, the installation process is more easier than the last version.
but the new versions has the same problem.

Try editing permissions. Looks like something isn't right.
Try giving everyone view permissions, then change them back to what ever you want.
Wait, now I'm getting kicked to an installer. Guess you're messing around with it.

can I disallow the Directory and Internet Path form, when creating a new album, and input sequential text type for it? I think this problem occurred because of the accentuation that brazilian Portuguese use. Can it be?

In the latest version we've made it better so you can't put characters that are not allowed. The internet path and directory/file name can be different. The internet path is more restricted, but the directory and file names can have most of those characters.
