Member actavation?

Just installed the latest gallery to my web site it all looks o.k. part from the two members that have registered can't open a album, The problem seems to be that my e-mail is'nt working on the gallery and I am unable to send or receive e-mail to activate members. I have tried all the options in the set up
admin area but can't find the problem?.

How have you set up the email section in the General Settings admin page?
What happens when you send a test email?

Please be absolutely specific about the steps that you've taken, and the results (not just "isn't working") - error messages, etc.

This is the message I get in General settings when I try a test e-mail.
