Tags Module adds repeated instances to sidebar

Each time I disable and then enable the Tag Module I end up with additional instance of it on my sidebar! The tag feature now appears 4 times on my sidebar. I imagine even once this is fixed I might need directions on fixing up my gallery3 database?

Admin -> appearance -> manage sidebar
move the block to Available blocks and back to Active blocks

Thank you that worked:) Should this be filed as a bug since disabling/enabling a module should not lead to multiple sidebar instances?
