enabling user albums

Hi,

i installed Gallery2 for Drupal6
Now, i created 2 albums which are only accessable from my navigation menue.
In my user profile, the only message i can see is
"Gallery2"
User has not created an album yet
Gallery2-Drupal Sync StatusRoles <> Groups

Please !!! Can somebody point to a easy, understandable, install + configuration guide for Drupal?
This is a hair pulling situaton (as most of drupal modules) where people without lot of php knowledge have to click around and with a little luck they manage to run the module.

All the informaion about enabling user albums in user profile is :
Using the User Albums plugin in Gallery, users may have their own private albums. GalleryProfile can then be used to display a block of random or select images from the user's personal album on their profile (/user/[userid]).
