error warning after update

Good morning!
Instead of getting my entry page, I all of a sudden have to log in..
After loggin in I get the following error message..

The left property does not exist in the Item_Model class.

Datei: system/libraries/ORM.php, Zeile: 364

Is there anyone who could help me to fix that?

I've reinstalled the "old" version of G3B3 and it works again.
But my intention was to try and fix some minor problems by upgrading to the newest modules and themes.
By using the default theme the contactowner module doesn't appear although activated.
Furthermore there is a problem with the basket-module.
After adding an item to the basket, a blank page with {"result":"success"} appears and there is no direct lead back to the relevant page or to the basket..
Any ideas?

I suspect you did not upgrade. You just overwrote the files. You have to go to the upgrader as well.

Thank you very much.
I did the upgrade-process before and had the message, that everything was up to date.
Then I've tried to overwrite the files, as you suspected correctly.
Now I am back to basics and the funtions mentioned still don't work ;)

Put the new version into a new directory, move the var directory into the new gallery directory. Done, now you have a clean, working install. :)
