Configuration Error: Missing Theme
Missing Theme
This album is configured to use the matrix theme, but it is either inactive, not installed, or incompatible. To fix this problem you can either choose a new theme for this album or install or activate this theme.
when i go in admin/themes there is no theme available (the drop down select theme list is empty)!
what can i do to fix this?

Well, looking at your theme.tpl it appears you've made changes based on an older version of Matrix. I can only suggest that you download a clean, unmodified copy of Matrix and reapply your changes, following the instructions here about creating a local directory so your changes can be separate:
