Gallery2 not loading properely

Doesn't load automatically when I go to these
http://www.catrionaday.ca/gallery2
http://www.catrionaday.ca/gallery2/index.php

It kinda loads when I go to this:
http://www.catrionaday.ca/gallery2/main.php
There is a basic load of it, however the only image doesn't load, and none of the links work.

I host the server on my personal pc, not doing a lot with it.

Gallery version 2.3
PHP version 5.2.11
PHPInfo Link (see FAQ):

Webserver (e.g. Apache 1.3.33): Xerver 4.32
Database (e.g. MySql 5.0.32): MySQL 5.4.3
Activated toolkits (e.g. NetPbm, GD):
Operating system (e.g. Linux): Windows Vista
Browser (e.g. Firefox 2.0): Firefox 3.5.5

I'm new at installing/configuring/working with php etc, and I think I got every error while installing, and i managed to fix them all (maybe?)

Where should the database be stored on the local machine? currentlymine is in the mysql folder is that correct?

Local machine should be fine. Do yourself a favor and just install XAMPP for windows:
http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html

Never heard of Xerver and it doesn't appear to be dealing with much stuff properly. Your phpinfo output is messed up.

I cant get xampp to work. it runs apache once and only localhost works, then if you try to restart it doesn't
