[checkout 0.43] - Option set issue

Is there any other addon module or a modification to this module that will give me the ability to use both option sets in checkout. For example my first option set has As-IS / B&W / Sepia but I want the 2nd option set to have lustre and metalic for paper. As far as I can tell I can only have one of these active for each item. I didn't want to bog down my drop down with for example 4 x 6 Lustre and then 4 x 6 metaliic and so on.

No add-on module. You can add the necessary code if you have the expertise in php though.

Yeh I figured as much. My experience with php is beginner at best.
