Disabling Register function

I just installed Gallery 2.2

For my purposes I wish only myself as a "member". Thus, I was looking to comment out the "Register" link found in on the main page.

I was not able to find it.

Any help to manually comment out the Register link is appreciated.

P.S. it would be a nice addition to programably disable the Register function.

EDIT: I did find the template for the Registration and place an edited version of it in a folder called LOCAL.

The REGISTER link is still there, but at least I can edit the template to inform people that we do not take members.

Already done. Disable the Registration module and presto-hey, the 'register' link will magically disappear...
