Had Gallery2 on a server that crashed. Have installed Gallery 2.3 on a commercial server. Is there anyway to import all pictures and folders to this new installation? I have a backup of all the datafolders but not the MSQL databases. Thank you much, |

If you don't have the db, then you have to import all the pictures from scratch.
Restore the data folders (g2data/images I think is the only important one) to a temporary location on your new server. Use the "add from local server" method when you're reinstalled and point it at this directory to use as the source for the import. If you have enough processing resource on your new server you can import all the pictures at once, but you'll lose all the titles, comments etc.
