How to install binaries like zip and unzip binaries on a web server?

	please help me,m unable to find this information.I want to use archiveupload,and for that I am required to install these third party extensions,so i want to know how to install these binaries on a web server having linux.I can just login into the server control panel,I cant run linux commands on that remote server. I hope u got what I am asking about,this may be very stupid,but I am a noob,just installed the gallery. Tell me in general how to install binaries? And theres something called precompiled binaries and compiled binaries.What are they? Note-I am talking about web server that uses linux.
