[SOLVED] Gallery cirilic name troubles

I got such problem
1. I create new album and write its name in cyrilic.
2. After saving of album, its name shows with ??????
3. I open album properties and enter name on cyrilic again
4. After saving evegything is fine ( but site show message, sounds like "There where some problems with your album" i translate it from russain )

How can i fix? I think there is encoding error in creation request, but when i try to update album, this error is fixed in request IMHO

Have you made sure your database is converted to using UTF8?

Make a backup of your DB first. Then go to Site Admin > Maintenance and run the task to convert the DB.
