Installation Error on Gallery 2.3

I got an installation error when installing Gallery2
The error message is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WelcomeStep::setIsLastStep() in /home/site/public_html/gallery2/install/index.php on line 129

What is the problem with this issue. How can i solve this ?

Gallery version: 2.3 Full
PHP version: 5.2.9

Er, um, nevermind. Find a different host. Anyone who has gone through the trouble to be this "locked" down because they think they are securing their system is going to be hard to deal with. Good luck. Maybe, you can contact them to see if you change some of this, but I'm not about to even start troubleshooting such a restrictive environment. I have no idea why something is not working.

You are running PHP in CGI, so perhaps they just lock everything down by default and then allow you to copy and edit php.ini to open things up, maybe. But you'd need to contact them to find out.
