Possibility to exclude albums from RSS feed?

I was wondering if it would be possible to exclude certain albums from being included in the RSS feeds. As I have automatic updates active (for example on Facebook, where new pictures in my gallery3 are posted automatically using the Facebook RSS application), but also have albums that I'd rather not see posted on Facebook, to use that example. I don@t suppose there is anything like a robots file for RSS, is there?
