server add for non administrator (plain registered user)

hey,

running the latest (yesterday) gallery-gallery3-38233c6.zip

Server Add works as an administrator.

but the Server Add link doesn't show for normal registered users.
I cant see any settings to allow/deny a user access to this..

am i missing something?

G3 is seeeexy!

Only the admin can do this at this time. It would be a rare case that just plain registered users could have access to the server anyway.
A module could be developed to add more fine grained permissions.
