Hello,
I have a problem with an existing Gallery 2.3 installation. Since some time (it may be since a server change), uploading doesn't produce correct thumbnails. Only the "broken picture" is shown, though the original size is there.
A maintainance run created about 200 errors (in 7000 pictures) and some more thumbnails disappeared.
The error output is about 18MB, a part of it is attached to this post.
Can anybody help?

A key binary for ImageMagick isn't there or doesn't have the correct permissions set. I think Gallery uses that operation in ImageMagick for the SquareThumbnail module.
