White Error Page

This gallery has been up working since last May. All of the sudden when you click the link it bring a white error page.
Help please, this is for a client.

I'm betting Database connection issue, but put Gallery into debug mode and post back when you've done that:

Yep, my guess was right:

Make sure that the username, password, database host, and database name are all correct. You can double check the settings in config.php If you're sure they are correct, you'll need to contact your host.

Okay, I will check that. But why would it be fine for months and then all the sudden stop working?

Either your host changed something (most likely scenario) or someone edited config.php and made an error.

If it turns out your host changed something, find a new host. It might be possible that the host contacted your client and your client didn't understand the email, missed it or it ended up in their spam folder.
