How do I get rid of the Photo Properties under each of my pictures?

We use Gallery to house photos for our business. When clients go to our gallery to view photos you can see the photo properties under each picture...such as type of camera used, shutter speed, date, etc. I don't want clients to see this stuff under the picture. We are a furniture business so some of our clients think the information under the photo is the description of the furniture. Needless to say some of our clients are not computer savvy, but after viewing some of the photos I could see where this is confusing to them.
