Gallery 3 Pre-Installer

(I am not trying to get flamed but...) will there be a Gallery 3 Pre-Installer when Gallery 3 is "released"?

The reason for the per installer was the size of G2. This made FTPing G2 to the server problematic and prone to errors. G3 has a much smaller code-base and will not need a preinstaller.
If there is a demand for it then this will be a consideration.
