Filenames with danish characters does not work..

I have installed a Gallery 3RC1 and one user uploaded a picture called "Ophæng 6Kg.jpg":

The file in /var/thumbs is called Ophng 6Kg.jpg - without the danish letter "æ".

What should I do ?

Kender ikke svaret, men hænger lige på her. Flotte akvarier.

For now you might ask users to not upload using Æ Ø Å in filenames
