upgrade does nothing?

I'm trying to upgrade from gallery 3 beta 3 to the current build, but when browsing to http://www.mysite.co.uk/index.php/upgrader - nothing shows at all! I transferred all the new files onto the domain and left the original /var, nothing Any ideas? cheers |

I suspect you overwrote the files?
You can't leave any old files about. See:
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Upgrading
about moving the var directory and renaming the G3 directory name.

arghh spoke too soon... so upgrade completed... but when i try to view the gallery, it comes up...
