Error upgrading from 2.2.x to 2.3.x

I did an upgrade of Gallery 2 over the weekend, but ran into problems along the way. I suspect this is because my internet kept disconnecting during the FTP transfer process. After going to a more solid connection, I copied the core module again, and the upgrade went OK. Going to library I was hit with the error you see below. What is this error and how can I recover?
