Can I send a picture ( as ecard) on a specified future date in G3 ?

I did not find the search button apparently.

Not a future date bu there is a ecard module.

But ecards need to be sent on future date. All ecards have that option

BTW - where is the search box?

Not the G2 or the G3 ecard module.
You could develop a add on using the scheduler.
