incorrect module dependency warning on deactivating modules

G3 RC2, I just deactivated the Slide Show and RSS modules (in one operation). When I clicked to Update, I got an erroneous warning about "module activation" that Slide Show (which I was deactivating) depended on RSS (which I was also deactivating).

It seems that a complete dependency analysis is needed prior to any dependency warnings being issued, as I assume what I experienced was the result of the RSS module deactivation being analysed for dependencies before the rest of the modules to be deactivated were taken in to account.
