Can't view thumbnails in one album. Can't rebuild, can't extract exif information

I have one album out of all my albums for which I can see placeholders but no images. See this screen capture: http://screencast.com/t/NWU5OTYy and this screen capture: http://screencast.com/t/OWRjMjM2Mj.

I have updated Gallery3 to the latest experimental release, and have tried the Rebuild module.
When using the rebuild module, I get the messages that I need to fix my images:http://screencast.com/t/NDY0ZDhhOWUt.

But when I click the "Rebuild Images" on the maintenance screen, nothing happens. see this video: http://screencast.com/t/ZjcwOTBh. And when I click, "Extract Exif" data i get an error: ORM Validation has failed for items model.

Anything in the error logs at the time you do the maint task?

This is dumb...i don't know how to pull the error logs.
