Feature Requests and Bug Reports

We're continually improving Gallery. We're writing this product so that it does what you want it to do, so your feedback is very important to us. But remember that we've got lives and Gallery, though we love it, does not always come first. Oh, and we're not getting paid for this, either so be kind :-)

Feature Requests

If there's a feature you'd like to see in Gallery, first check out the list of Most Requested Features. If the feature you want isn't in that list, you can request it in the Feature Request Tracker on !SourceForge. Remember that we have to balance the requests of all of our users so we don't implement every single feature request that we received. We give each feature request the attention it deserves.

Bug Reports

If you've found a bug in Gallery, first make sure that it's not a configuration issue by check ing the Frequently Asked Questions page, looking in the forums, and generally reading the Help page. If you can't find any reference to it there, you can file a bug in the Bug Database on !SourceForge. We give each bug report the consideration it deserves.

One note about bugs reports and feature requests:

While we allow you to submit bugs and feature requests anonymously, we tend to take the submissions more seriously when you do authenticate yourself first.
