Thumbnail and sized preprocessing

	Before I upgrade from G1, I was wondering if there was some way I could preprocess the thumbnail and sized creation locally so it does not happen on the server. I exceed my CPU quota every time I upload a lot of pics which makes it real painful to use.

	I don't believe this is possible as G2 has to create and index the resizes and thumbnails. I do believe there is an option to defer thumb creation until the page they are on is viewed. -- dakanji.com
