looking to simplify the memers options

I would like to simplify the member's options further than the basic Admin options allow me to, i.e. less options on upload, less options in member menu bar. I need to make it a bit dummy proof and I need some help. All of the tweaks I need are probably simple, I just haven't had any experience with G2 and am looking for some guidance or to hire someone to help. Thanks |
