Image download option

I have Gallery 2 with the Siriux theme.

Existing galleries did not permit image download. Two latest galleries created after recent update of modules to latest version do permit image download. I want to turn this off but cannot find the parameter to allow me to do this.

Anyone point me to the right page / module?
