[WINDOWS] Permissions error

I am using Gallery 3.0.1. My host company uses Windows ASP. When I select "Edit Permissions" on my Gallery album I get an "Oh no" error. I have attached a screen shot. I had to rename the .htaccess file to access Gallery 3.0.1. Now I can't set any permissions. What can I do?

Windows is not a supported platform:
