Gallery2 Theme doesnt change in the joomla site

Hi there

I am having a problem with a theme change, i am not able to see the theme change in the joomla site that is integrated with jfusion gallery2 bridge, if i reference the gallery2 site itself i see the theme change, but in the joomla site i do not see any theme change.
I.e www.mysite.com this will display the gallery2 site within the joomla site *(still see the standard matrix theme)
if i go to www.mysite.com/gallery2 i will see the gallery2 site itself, but i see the theme is changed to the greypop theme.

Please advise why this is happening
