I for one would like some constructive feedback and would love to visit other installs for ideas.

http://astimegoesby.us mine is based on the old shoe box theory. When my parents finally passed on I inherited the shoe boxes, some with photo's from the very early 1900's So I decided to build a family site that covers generations. Of course when I am done (still have a closet full of shoe boxes to go through)no one will want to add or maintain it. But I will have finished the job I started.

Looks good overall. Can you move the tags(gallery list I guess on the lower right) into the larger space below the three images? Seems like there is an open space there.

My father in law did something similar, it's nice for everyone to have access to the images, especially with the ability to print them in relatively good quality these days. I'm always impressed when someone takes the time to scan that many images!

Fixed, it was a hack done to my wordpress install, someone installed two files in the wp_includes folder cek.php and checker.php

as far as I know, it's a mu sites, one of three I have going, it was the only one hacked.
