I ask to help.
On ftp (servage.net) has loaded approximately 500 folders, into them approximately 200000 photos. I add in gallery "server". Approximately in 3-5 minutes, having loaded about 600-800 photos, the browser hangs.
Any more I do not know where to search for the reason. Help, who knows that can be?

Stop using GD. Use ImageMagick.

If you need more help give more information. How big are the photos, a link to phpinfo, etc:

Has made, as you have told. Has removed gd, deactivated all graphic, except ImageMagick. The situation does not change. In the browser below writes is ready, the line of a condition of loading fades as in ~5 minutes. Tortures proceed the second week. (
php.ini servage.net does not perceive, how much I have understood. Has registered in htaccess:

Gallery tries it's best to overcome limited resources, but I'm betting you're hitting at least one maybe several resource limits:

You're trying to process a massive amount of data, yet PHP only has a max execution time of 40 seconds and a memory limit of 32MB

Try bumping both of those up if you can.

What nivekiam was trying to tell you is that the settings you are putting into your htaccess file is not being used by php. I.E. your php installation ignores your attempts to change php parameters through the htaccess.

Ask your host for help in changing those parameters.

If I understand your issue, you have uploaded 200,000 files unto a server by ftp and now want to use the add from server mode to ingest them into G2. However, G2 hangs after uploading about 600 to 800 images.
Well, 200,000 items is a hell of a lot to be trying to swallow at once. Try ingesting them in batches of about 600 to 800 items. Slow and steady wins the race.

Means gallery2,3 are not intended for loading of great volumes of a photo?
It is possible to register somehow ways to folders, where there are photos not to load?
There is any alternative to the program gallery?

Has stopped while on gallery3. Loads on 1200 photos, then stops itself. I press a pause, then to continue. More or less copes with a problem.
To tell, possibilities gallery 3 much less, than at the second version? The menu is not enough management, in comparison with the second. Theme options too much less. Why?
Whether there is a possibility to look through video?
