Question about importing of existed photos

Dear people I'm not advanced user of Gallery at all and all themes discussed here sound to me very complicated but please give me some simple solution/hints.

I have some jpeg photos uploaded to hostmonsters server. Before I got hacked I had acces to them trough script Gallery but after I got hacked Gallery script wasn't installed there anymore. Since I really want to see all my photos trough Gallery again I installed the new version of it but now I don't know how to manage to see my jpeg files trough Gallery. Gallery is empty. What do I have to do, what and how do I have to import and where etc.? Many thanks. Darko.

P.S.
I know that my photos are located in a few folders on the server (I can see them trough File Manager or via URL trough web browser).
