Thank you for your information, I have done some translation work today, I think it is a wonderful work~ And when I save the translation, is it has been transport to the gross server? I mean these changes make other people can get benefits?
AAs a one time configuration step, Admin > Settings > Language and follow the instructions at the bottom of the page to get a translation API key. Once you have your translation API key, enter it in the box at the bottom of the page and click on Save settings.
Once you've done that then you can click on Submit translations at the bottom of the page to share your translations.

Thank you again, and I have done the step follow your method, it works! Thank you very much~
But in some cases, I am not sure how to deal with like this: Your <a href="%url">Gallery</a> is up to date. I want to know if keep the "<a href="%url">Gallery</a>" as original one,or only keep "Gallery" and do not keep <a href="%url"> and </a>?

Please don't remove the URL from the translation that you are going to share with everyone as you'll be impacting everyone who uses the Chinese translation, not just your install. I or someone else will eventually put it back too

To share your translation follow these steps:
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Localization#Sharing_Your_Translations
You'll only need to do this part once:
Once you've done that then you can click on Submit translations at the bottom of the page to share your translations.
