[checkout] Alternate display of the "Requires postage" message

Hope you are still around! Your help is invaluable and I apologise as always for my ignorance.

I have seen you suggest before that the best way to work with this is to have a default quantity set - unfortunately this is not an option as there are many many sizes and a different size set for different products (which you helped me with before!).

If possible, I would like to implement a JavaScript update, or ideally I think an anchor, so when the post back completes the user's attention is drawn straight to the "Requires postage" notification - can you suggest where I should be editing to add this in?
