Adding Tamil Language

I am new to gallery3. I would like to translate it into Tamil Language. But i am not able find it in the "Languages and Translation" section in the admin area.

Please guide me on how to add it.

I don't believe there is such a thing as ar_IN Arabic (India)

That said this looks similar: ur_IN Urdu (India)
