List of Tags not showing

System information shown below.

I am using Tags for the first time in a new installation.

I have Tagged albums (not individual photos) and want to show the Item Tags in the sidebar - not the Tag Cloud. However, on the Main gallery and on individual photo pages, it says there are No Tags (even though the Tag Cloud shows all the Tags), but sub-albums do show Item Tags.

If you go to http://worldsbeautifulwomen.com and drill down through the albums you will see exactly what I mean. Please note that I want to get rid of the Tag Cloud and just use Item Tags.
