Admin files are missing

Hello,

I just installed Gallery3 to my website and I can't access admin panel. When I click every category situated in "admin" section, I am redirected to an error page called "Dang... Something went wrong!". I think admin files are missing but to be honest I don't know at all Gallery3 and since I'm French, I can't find lots of French support here.
Hereunder you'll find a screenshot of the error page I'm redirected to. What should I do?

I bet you have a host that is out of touch with the time is still using apache1

Indeed I'm using 1and1... I see I'm lucky!
I followed all the steps indicated in this link but the "admin" section doesn't work yet. I think I've nothing more to do but look for another gallery pack?
