'View Comments' Link at all sub-albums+'View All Comments'

	I saw the link view all comments @ http://ourphotos.org/ I want to create this one for my gallery as well, but i don't know if it is possible to create a link in all the sub albums with 'view comments' Can someone explain me how to make the firtst think happen and if the second thing is possible at all?
