Gallery 3 + Varnish Cache

Hi folks,

Just a quick question - does anyone have a sane set of rules for varnish to handle a gallery 3 site?

I happily use the caching proxy in front of a number of sites, including the cookie-monster wordpress. To save the time and effort for building a rule set piece-by-piece I was hoping someone may have a tried and tested set of cache exceptions already?

If not I'll make sure to post mine here when I get a working set.
