<title> tag display

Hello -

I've searched and tried all the threads concerning modifying the <title> tab in theme.tpl and can't find anything that works.

All I want to do is have the title display

gallery name > subgallery name >subgallery name

with the subgallery names displayed only if there is one. I also want this to appear at the top of the photo pages as well, without the caption or file name.

What do I need to do to make this happen?
