Suggestions on how to Use as an Order Entry for On-Site printing at events

I am interested in setting up a Gallery 2 (or 3?) server at events, that I photograph at, along with several user stations where people can sit down at and look through images to find the ones they want me to print on site.

I am looking for suggestions on how to configure it so that they can select the ones they want and then those selections can then be seen by me at another computer so I know which ones to edit then print out.

I don't need any money transactions, all I need is:
1. the item(s) they want
2. the quantity for each
3. the size (I only print 5 different sizes on site)

Can this be done in version 2 or 3 and how?

Shouldn't be too difficult using the built in cart in Gallery2. just set up a pay by pdf, or pay by check. I don't have these installed on my site, but I do have pay by email. A customer can order any number of prints in certain per-arranged sizes.
