From line in ecards not showing data

Hello -

When sending a photo as an ecard, here is the from line:

%from% <%fromName%>

What do I do to fix this so it shows the information rather than the variables? The to: line works as expected.

Try clearing Gallery's cache:
FAQ: How can I clear cached data?

If that doesn't work, undo any edits you've done to ecard template files, zip and upload your ecard module directory here, or post a link to your site.

Thanks for the help nivekiam.

When I sent the ticket, I had gone as far as to having deleted the ecards folder from the module directory, and replacing it with a fresh download.

Following your advice, I cleared the cache, yet it still was doing this. While I was in the admin area, I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it and now it is working correctly. I haven't touched this for over a year, so not sure how it happened, but it works now.

Maybe this will help someone in the future.
