"Resized image size" attribute not working properly.

I noticed that when I change the "Resized image size" under Theme Options that the image that is displayed does not change in size. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? This seems like it should be a common setting but I cannot figure out why the images are not resized. This is Gallery version 3.02.

Are you prompted to rebuild the images?

It should work for me as well. Pretty basic setting with all photo galleries. I did rebuild the images but it didn't help. Attached is a screen shot of the setting that I changed.

I reinstalled the Gallery and now it works. Thanks for your help.
