Changing title to RSS feed

Hi All,
I would like to change the title of the feeds that appears in the RSS feeds block. For example from "Latest photos and video" to "Latest photos". The only way I found is to change modules/gallery/helpers/gallery_rss.php. But this would mean to change one of the standard gallery module, which does not seem a good idea to me.

Is there any other and better way to achieve the same?
