Setting the language in user preference doesn't seem to do anything. What is its effect?

Hi,

When the user logs into Gallery he/she sees Gallery in the language thats given in his/her preference.

Does it depends on the ML setting? I have ML=2. I found that the only thing that matters is the ACCEPT-LANGUAGE headers transmitted by the user. I changed the user preferences several times without any difference.

Hi,

it seems you found a bug.
it _should_ work in mode2, but it doesnt. :(
It only works in mode 3.

We will fix this in 1.4.1
