The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful): http://www.aberdeenshirepoms.com/gallery/
Gallery version: 1.5.3
Apache version: 2.2
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 5.2
Graphics Toolkit: ImageMagick
Operating system: Linux / Shared Hosting
Web browser/version (if applicable):

About a month or so ago I contacted the hosting company as my client couldn't upload photos anymore. After over 2 hours with the support guy telling me it was something in my scripting he finally found out that the Apache version was upgraded to 2.2 for security reason but he told me that I could purchase Legacy hosting. We did that and moved the whole site and reinstalled the Gallery 1.5.3. It worked. My client was able to upload her pictures once again and then not even 1 month later she would upload pictures and the thumbnails and resized(if there is a full-sized pic) pictures don't show up. Look at the two thumbnails on this page - http://www.aberdeenshirepoms.com/gallery/available

The first one shows up as there is no full-sized version. The second pic thumbnail and resized don't show but the full-sized one does.

Now that I know the problem is most likely the Apache version being 2.2 is there any fix for this problem.

I tried using Gallery 3.0.2 but the pictures don't show up and I have no idea on how to make it look like the website. This version is simple for my clients and I have a lot of them using Gallery.

I have tried other open source galleries but none compare to this one. Please help as I am worn out trying to find a replacement gallery. The one I am working with now seems to be okay but some of the pictures aren't showing up and there hasn't been any response from their forums.

Thanks in advance,
Maria
