Album comparison and rating

Hi

is it possible to have a page in gallery 3 where you can select 2 or more albums and then see pictures side by side, as we do to compare to things, I need something to compare pictures of two albums
Also it would be helpful to have a rating and comment system at Album level also.
right now only comments are available at photo level
